This guided meditation invites you to explore something deeply personal: What if your breath had a sacred geometry? Through intentional breaths, you’ll be guided to notice the texture, movement, colour, and geometry of your own breath pattern. You’ll explore how this pattern changes, where it moves within the body, and how breath may naturally support regulation. This practice combines: • Breath awareness • Somatic observation • Visualisation • Sacred geometry exploration • Nervous system regulation • Subconscious anchoring through intention This meditation is a co-creation of a tool known by you through all aspects of you in all times, dimensions and versions of yourself. ⟡ Before reading further, allow yourself to complete the meditation first. Avoid analysing beforehand. Curiosity works better than expectation. After your meditation, you may wish to reflect: • What shape emerged? Maybe draw it. • Did your breath geometry remain the same or change? • Did colour appear? Texture? Movement? • Where in your body did the shape reach easily? • Were there areas it avoided, changed, or distorted? • Did anything shift after the golden light merged with your breath? • If your breath shape carried wisdom, what would it say? • What felt familiar? What surprised you? • Could this breath become a resource tool during stress or overwhelm? Trust what arose. Your breath may already carry patterns of restoration. Sometimes regulation begins by observing what is already there. Return to this meditation whenever you need to pause, regulate, and remember. HOW TO INTEGRATE - READ AFTER THE MEDITATION Integration doesn’t always look like remembering to use the breath in the exact moment. Sometimes it looks like: Noticing your body has already started breathing more slowly on its own Remembering to use the breath during a stressful moment Realising afterwards: “I could have used my breath tool then” Becoming more aware of your patterns over time All of this is integration. There is no perfection in learning new tools, so try not to add pressure, guilt, or judgement. The body learns through repetition, awareness, and safety. Allow each moment as it comes.
