Consider this an awakening journey through your body to help you understand cause and consequences of your physical concerns. Expect body assessment, functional assessment, self treatment instructions and pictured physiotherapy exercises treatments. Once you complete the booking you will receive an email notification with your appointment and a link to a ZOOM virtual call. You will need to use a device that has a camera on it, and wear loose clothing, the biggest room in your home is a good place.
