With this pathway, you’ll have a clear, repeatable plan to reduce morning “first-step” pain and calm flare-ups, while understanding what’s actually driving your symptoms—so it feels less confusing and easier to manage. You’ll learn how to pace walking, work, and exercise without the boom‑bust cycle, and you’ll build the mobility and strength (foot, ankle, calf, and supporting leg/hip muscles) needed to reduce strain through the heel and improve control. You’ll also get practical guidance on footwear and supportive options, plus a safe return‑to‑activity progression with simple “green/amber/red” rules so you know what’s okay, what to modify, and when to pause. You won’t be doing it alone: a physiotherapist will support you weekly, with additional live calls in between weeks for guidance and Q&A. All calls are recorded so you can revisit them anytime, and you’ll be closely monitored to make sure you’re on the right track and to adjust your plan as you progress.
