About
The Aluma Concept – A Living School of Nervous System Self-Recognition Aluma is not a method or a fixed sequence of exercises. It is a living learning space for people who want to understand their nervous system, recognise where they are within it, and gradually build a stable, self-trusting relationship with their body. Many nervous system programs teach techniques. Aluma teaches awareness. Rather than focusing on what to do, we explore how to notice what is happening inside you, why it is happening, what type of support is appropriate, and how to track change over time. This creates progressive nervous system maturation rather than temporary regulation. Aluma means light becoming embodied — consciousness learning how to live inside the body. In practical terms, it is the body remembering how to organise itself through awareness, presence, and appropriate support. This space is live-led and collective-based. I am a field reader, meaning I perceive patterns and themes most clearly in relationship with people rather than in isolation. Live group sessions allow teaching to respond to what is genuinely present in the collective, making each session relevant, grounded, and human rather than scripted. Each weekly session explores nervous system states, real-life patterns, and emerging themes from the group. Gentle experiential practices may be offered when appropriate, but the primary focus is on understanding, language, and recognition rather than performance of exercises. You are invited to join the Weekly Aluma Live Calls free for your first 30 days. This gives you time to experience the space, feel into the approach, and decide whether it supports you. If you choose to continue, membership provides ongoing access to weekly live calls (four per month) and the growing replay library. The structure remains the same — only your access changes. Aluma is not about fixing yourself. It is about learning to read yourself.
